The packaging paper production process involves transforming waste paper-through a series of procedural steps-into paper materials suitable for packaging purposes. The following is a brief description of a common manufacturing process for packaging paper:

1. Raw Material Preparation: Various types of waste paper-such as newspapers, cardboard boxes, etc.-are collected, sorted, and classified to remove impurities. Simultaneously, an appropriate amount of clean water is added to the waste paper to soften and moisten it.

2. Shredding and Disintegration: The softened waste paper is fed into a shredder or pulper for grinding and disintegration, breaking it down into a fibrous state while simultaneously removing ink and other contaminants.

3. Pulp Preparation: The disintegrated fibers are mixed with water and stirred thoroughly to form a pulp slurry. The concentration of the pulp and the length of the fibers can be adjusted according to specific product requirements.

4. Pulp Refining: The pulp is fed into a refiner, where it undergoes high-speed agitation and screening to remove remaining impurities and coarse fibers, thereby improving the overall quality and fibrous structure of the pulp.

5. Paper Machine Forming: The pulp is fed into a paper-making machine; utilizing the action of wire screens and vacuum suction, the water within the pulp is gradually drawn away, allowing the fibers to interlock and form a continuous sheet of paper on the screen.

6. Drying and Calendering: The newly formed paper passes through drying equipment, where its moisture content gradually evaporates, resulting in a dry sheet of paper. Subsequently, the paper passes through a calender machine to render its surface smoother and flatter.

7. Winding and Cutting: The dried paper is processed through a winder to be rolled into large reels, or it is cut into flat sheets. The specific format depends on the requirements and specifications of the final product.

8. Packaging and Quality Inspection: The paper reels or sheets are packaged while simultaneously undergoing quality inspection to verify that properties such as thickness, strength, and gloss meet the required standards.

9. Warehousing and Shipping: The approved finished paper products are transferred to a warehouse for storage and are subsequently packaged and shipped in accordance with specific order requirements.
